Kitzingen Brewery Offerings

Do we call ourselves a craft beer brewery, a beer microbrewery, or a craft brewpub that serves the residents of greater Grand Rapids?  Hi! I am Rommie Bailey, the owner, and the answer is yes to all three questions. We offer between 9 and 15 brews on tap including an IPA, a stout and a seasonal authentic Hefeweizen?  You get Wyoming, Michigan's first and only craft brewery with a focus on German beers;  Wine, ciders, meads and soda will follow.  We have 90+ kegs, but will only be selling beer to take home by the growler.

Craft beer aficionados (most residing from Wyoming, Grandville, Grand Rapids, Byron Center, Kentwood, Jenison, Hudsonville) can even join a mug club.

For Sale - Mugs, Growlers, ...

Our brewery will be selling these items online and in our brewpub: glasses, growlers, baseball hats, tshirts, stickers, and key chain bottle openers. Our brewery logo appears on all of our products. Rumor has it that Count Dracula is buried in a Kitzingen cemetery which is why The Count has a heavy influence on our craft brewery's logo.

Our kitchen will open in the summer of 2016 and will serve German style brats, hot dogs, schnitzels and doner sandwiches, a popular street food on a kebab sandwich allegedly invented in Berlin.  Customers can order from Russo's Pizza entire menu (pizza, subs, pasta, salads, wings, etc) from our staff and the cost will be added to your bar bill. Russo's Pizza is located 50 feet from us, so their hot food is steaming hot when delivered!

Kitzingen, Germany

Our brewpub opened on 12/08/15 and is located in the Chateau Centre strip mall on 44th Street SW & Burlingame Avenue in Wyoming, MI - a suburb of Grand Rapids.  Click on the top MENU button for hours, directions, and contact information.

The craft microbrewery's namesake is inspired by Kitzingen, Germany where Rommie Bailey was stationed while serving in the U.S. Army. Former Kitzingen Army solders have sent us memorabilia of the base and Germany to display on our walls. Patrons who served at the Kitzingen base are encouraged to sign a registry.
